Complete the online application form and submit all your supporting documents through our easy-to-use portal.
Step 02
APPROVE & SIGN
You will then receive provisional approval after mandatory checks. A R550 admin fee is then payable between now and 1 February 2026 in order for us to finalize and complete your application.
Step 03
YOU ARE READY FOR 2026
After the application is finalized, you are now ready to settle in your new home at Sea of Mountains in 2026.
